None of us can be happy all the time. During times of tragedy, it is natural and even beneficial to be sad, but not to hold unhappy, anger or any negative emotion that takes control. We must heal ourselves emotionally and spiritually.

There comes a time when the meaning of life begins to make sense,
At first we may not understand why things happen the way they do,
The sky at first may look dark,
The path one needs to walk down may be hard to see,
Remember the stars are the brightest when the nights seem the darkest

I woke up one night in the hours of darkness,
I sat up straight in my bed to find a shimmering light in my closet,
But their where no lights on in the room,
I got up and went slowly toward the closet,
To find a pair of gold wings,
An angel was standing by my side,
“What do I do with these gold wings?” I asked the angel
“Put the wings on my child.” Answered the angel
I put the wings on flew to a place that had many stars,
The angel then appeared and said, “Follow your heart, your goals and your dreams.”
Only you know what is right for you
Anything is possible
Miracles do come true,
Hope and dreams are a reality if let them be,
Life can be wonderful if you let it be,
The world is at your feet
Therefore, there is no time waste,

The Words of an Angel
As I sit in a world of darkness
I look around to see no one
The cold wind has filled my soul
The rivers have poured inside my body
And the weight of the waters holds me back from seeing the light of day
What should I do?
I feel helpless,
Paralyzed in my own fears
And lost with no directions or roads to take
Suddenly, a felt a laser of energy bolt though my body
I yelled, “I’m so tired of feeling this way, I need help”
Suddenly, gold light appeared
And a man stood before me
You foolish man,
You choose this path the moment you chose to give up and wallow in your sorrows
I cannot help you
You need to help yourself.
There are no rivers in your soul holding you back from light of the world
The strength lies within you
Look in my eyes and tell me what you see
The lost man looked into the angels eyes and said, I see a man who gets his strength from helping others
He does not waste time focusing on useless matters
If you dig deep enough my child
You will find precious gift inside yourself

Learn from others

What to Do When We Have Epilepsy
Most people with epilepsy look at themselves as different,
Some have anger built up inside
Some pity themselves, “oh why me, why me?”
What people do not know is that we can use our condition to better ourselves
Help the people around us
There is no need to feel that life has ended because a barrier has entered our lives
